FN1346-COMMERCIAL and ABORIGINAL Commercial Intertidal Clam by hand digging - 2021 Licence Issuance Information
2021 Commercial Intertidal Clam (Z2) and Aboriginal Commercial Intertidal Clam by Hand Digging (Z2ACL) licence issuance is now available through the National Online Licensing System (NOLS). In accordance with the Service Fees Act, annual licence renewal fees will be adjusted by the annual rate of inflation determined by Consumer Price Index (CPI) published by Statistics Canada. The 2021 Commercial Intertidal Clam Categories (Z2) and (Z2ACL) licence renewal fee is $30.66 Harvesters will use the National Online Licensing System (NOLS) to go online to view, pay for and print their commercial fishing licences, conditions of licence, and/or receipts. A reminder that all licence renewal fee payments, and party designations must be made through the NOLS. All harvesters are required to pay the 2021 Clam licence renewal fee through the NOLS by December 31, 2021 or the eligibility will cease. Upon the Department receiving the required payment the licence will be issued and notification will be sent via email to advise licence holders that a change has been made to the licence holder's online account. The licence documents, conditions of licence and receipt will be available to be printed at that time. Z2ACL - For party designation, licence eligibility holders must submit the required information via the 'Submit a Request' menu selection within the National Online Licensing System (NOLS). When engaged in commercial harvesting the clam licence including conditions of licence, and valid Fishers Registration Card (FRC) must be in your possession and produced upon demand.
