FN1382-ABORIGINAL - Invertebrates - Butter Clams - Areas 6 - FSC Harvest - Closure

Fisheries and Oceans Canada is closing portions of Area 6 for the domestic 
harvest of Butter Clams (Saxidomus gigantea) due to recent unacceptable 
biotoxin levels.  

For additional information, fish harvesters should consult Gitga'at Fisheries 
Program at (250) 841-2500 or Steven Groves at (250) 627-3455.
