FN1337-Licensing: 2017 Commercial Intertidal Clam and Aboriginal Commercial Intertidal Clam Licence Renewal
2017 Commercial Intertidal Clam (Z2) and Communal Commercial Clam by Hand Digging (Z2ACL) licence issuance is available via the National Online Licensing System (NOLS) at https://fishing-peche.dfo-mpo.gc.ca. All harvesters are required to pay their 2017 Clam licence fees through the NOLS by December 31, 2017 or the eligibility will cease. Harvesters will use the National Online Licensing System (NOLS) to go online to view, pay for and print their commercial fishing licences, conditions of licence, and/or receipts. Upon the Department receiving the required payment the licence will be issued and notification will be sent via email to advise licence holders/vessel owners that a change has been made to the licence holder's online account. The licence documents, conditions of licence and receipt will be available to be printed at that time. Z2ACL For party designation, licence eligibility holders may submit the required information via the 'Submit a Request' menu selection within the National Online Licensing System (NOLS). Full instructions are available at: http://www.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/fm-gp/sdc-cps/products-produits/request-demande-eng.htm To avoid delays, please ensure the payment, and designated party information is submitted to DFO at the same time. When engaged in commercial harvesting the clam licence including conditions of licence, and valid Fishers Registration Card (FRC) must be in your possession and produced upon demand. Client support will be available via e-mail (fishing-peche@dfo-mpo.gc.ca) or toll-free telephone (1-877-535-7307). To ensure that you receive email notifications, be sure to update your email address under your profile in the NOLS. Instructions on updating email addresses may be found at: www.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/fm-gp/sdc-cps/products-produits/user-manual-utilisateurs- eng.htm.
