All of area 11

Quota Area 12:
All subareas in Area 12 except:  Year Round Research Closure Area 12: Area 12: 
Stubbs Island/Plumber Islands: Portion of Subareas 12-5 and 12-18.  All waters 
within 0.25 nautical miles of Stubbs Island.  Those waters of the Plumper 
Islands commencing at the most westerly point on Ksuiladas Island thence in a 
straight line to Stubbs Island thence due east for 1.4 nautical miles, thence 
in a straight line to the most northerly point on Ksuiladas Island, thence 
following the western shore of said island to the point of commencement.
