salmon).

OBTAINING A LICENCE
----------------------------------
If you wish to retain lingcod in the areas specified above, or halibut or
salmon in any tidal waters during the Family Fishing Weekend, plan ahead!

Licences will be available online from June 10 2016 and can be obtained via any
computer connected to the internet at www.pac.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/sportfish or by
using web search key words "Recfish Licence". Once you register, you will also
be able to replace a lost licence or renew future licences through the National
Recreational Licensing System (NRLS).

Licences can also be obtained at select public access points from June 10 2016;
a list of current service locations may be found at
http://www.pac.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/fm-gp/rec/licence-permis/IAP-FAI-eng.pdf.
It is recommended that you contact the applicable Independent Access Provider
to confirm the availability of licences and business hours prior to departure.

To minimize system delays, the best time to access NRLS is outside of peak
periods. Peak periods are every day from 12-3pm; every Friday, Saturday, and
Sunday; and anytime there is a major fishery opening, such as the Fraser
Sockeye opening.

licence, please visit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=303w6Y3D88c.

If you encounter problems with printing, you can log into your account at a
later time and reprint your licence using the "licence replacement" function.

Refunds will not be issued for licences purchased online, so please ensure your
licence selection (including the effective date) is correct before you complete
your transaction.
