FN0006-COMMERCIAL - Invertebrates: Intertidal Clams - Butter Clams - Area G - Area 12 - portions of commercial clam harvest closing - Amendment to FN1329
The commercial Intertidal clam fishery in clam management area G, areas 12-6, 12-26 and 12-17 which opened on January 2nd, 2015 variation order number 2015-7 is revoked, these subareas closed due to deviance from the sampling requirements established under the biotoxin monitoring program. Any clams harvested since January 2nd, 2015 will need to be returned to the beach as the biotoxin closure supersedes the commercial fishery opening.
