Subareas 29-11 to 29-17 (Fraser River downstream of the CPR bridge at Mission, 
BC)

Effective at 00:01 hours on September 29, 2014 until December 31, 2014 in the 
Fraser River downstream of the CPR bridge at Mission, BC, you may retain two 
(2) hatchery marked coho per day and the use of bait while fishing for salmon 
is permitted.


Region 2:  Fraser River non-tidal waters from the Highway No. 1 Bridge at Hope, 
BC downstream to the CPR bridge at Mission, BC

Effective one hour before sunrise on Wednesday, October 1 until December 31, 
2014 in the Fraser River from the Highway No. 1 Bridge at Hope BC downstream to 
the CPR bridge at Mission, BC, you may retain two (2) hatchery marked coho per 
day and the use of bait while fishing for salmon is permitted.


Region 2:  Fraser River non-tidal waters from the confluence with Sawmill Creek 
downstream to the Highway No. 1 Bridge at Hope, BC

Effective one hour before sunrise on Monday, October 6 until December 31, 2014 
in the Fraser River from the confluence with Sawmill Creek downstream to the 
Highway No. 1 Bridge at Hope, BC, you may retain two (2) hatchery marked coho 
per day and the use of bait while fishing for salmon is permitted.

Notes:

Barbless hooks are required when fishing for salmon in tidal and non-tidal 
waters of British Columbia.

The term "marked" means a hatchery fish that has a healed scar in place of the 
adipose fin.

Anglers are requested to release any hatchery marked sockeye.  These fish are 
hatchery raised sockeye and part of a recovery program designed to increase the 
numbers of Cultus Lake sockeye.

Sport anglers are encouraged to participate in the Salmon Sport Head Recovery 
program by labelling and submitting heads from adipose fin-clipped chinook and 
coho salmon.  Recovery of coded-wire tags provides critical information for 
coast-wide stock assessment.  Contact the Salmon Sport Head Recovery Program
