offices.

Fishers should consult the 2010/2012 Intertidal Clam Management Plan and the
local DFO office for descriptions of areas closed for sewage contamination
reasons. There are numerous contamination closures in place throughout the
fishing area.

All eligible fishers must have their 2012 license and meet the conditions of
that license. (i.e. wear a high visibility vest with license number marked on
it and the sacks of clams must be immediately tagged with the license number as
soon as clams are placed in it).

This fishery will only take place provided psp levels and water quality remain
acceptable. Fishers are advised to contact the local fishery office prior to
this fishery to confirm the opening.
