Fishery Notice

Effective immediately the waters of Gunboat Pass to recreational harvest of all bivalves due to a sample deviance in biotoxin monitoring.

Variation Order 2026-RCT-082 and 2026-RFQ-081 are revoked.

Bivalve shellfish are susceptible to Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning (PSP) and other marine biotoxins and biotoxin closures may occur.  All bivalve shellfish harvesters must check before they harvest to ensure that the area is not closed.
