Fishery Notice

Issuance of 2018 Fisher Registration Cards (FRC) will commence at 13:00 hours 
Pacific Time on Tuesday December 12, 2017 through the National Online Licensing 
System (NOLS) at https://fishing-peche.dfo-mpo.gc.ca 


If you require a 2017 FRC for the remainder of December, please login to your 
NOLS account and 'Create a Fisher Registration Request'.  In the comments box 
please indicate that you need the fees for a 2017 FRC made available, and we 
will add them to your account. 
All fish harvesters are required to pay their 2018 FRC licence fees through 
their NOLS account.

Once the payment has been received through the NOLS, your transaction request 
will be processed.  You will then be notified by e-mail, once the transaction 
has been completed and that is when the licence and payment receipt will be 
available to print by logging into the NOLS.
The FRC must be carried by the licence holder whenever he/or she is engaged in 
commercial fishing and must be produced on demand.    


REMINDER:  You will need your User ID and Password to access your NOLS account.
