Opening 00:01 hours October 14, 2017 in the following Quota Management Areas. 
An asterisk indicates a change in area description for the 2017 season:

3A Work Channel
3C Steamer Pass
3D Pearse Canal

Variation Order Nos. 2017-545 to 547 are in effect.

The north coast fishery is also open in the following Quota Management Areas:

3B Portland Inlet


DETAILS

3A Work Channel: Subarea 3-6.

3C Steamer Pass: Subareas 3-8 and 3-10.

3D Pearse Canal: Subarea 3-3 and Subarea 3-11 excluding that portion South of a 
line starting at the entrance to Winter Inlet at 54° 50.328' N and 130° 27.857' 
W across to a point at 54° 50.455' N and 130° 27.461' W.

The North and Central Coast landing ports are Prince Rupert, Port Edward, 
Klemtu, Bella Bella, Port Hardy, Moresby Camp and Queen Charlotte City.
