Opening 00:01 hours October 2, 2017 in the following Quota Management Areas. An asterisk indicates a change in area description for the 2017 season: 6F West Aristazabal Variation Order No. 2017-507 in effect. Opening 00:01 hours October 3, 2017 in the following Quota Management Areas. An asterisk indicates a change in area description for the 2017 season: 6D Laredo Channel Variation Order No. 2017-508 in effect. The north coast fishery is also open in the following Quota Management Areas: None. DETAILS 6D Laredo Channel: Subareas 6-11, 6-12, 6-14 to 6-16. 6F West Aristazabal Island: That portion of subarea 6-13 north of a line starting at a point on the western shoreline of Aristazabal Island at 52° 30.970'N and 129° 04.249'W to a point on the Surfline at 52° 30.000'N and 129° 05.831'W [excludes Weeteeam Bay]. The North and Central Coast landing ports are Prince Rupert, Port Edward, Klemtu, Bella Bella, Port Hardy, Moresby Camp and Queen Charlotte City.
