Notes:
1. Due to the many changes to the commercial fishery over the last few years,
harvesters are advised to maintain good contact with the fishery manager, the
service provider or the On-Grounds Co-ordinators to avoid fishing in a closed
area. All closures are described in Appendix 1 of the Sea Cucumber Integrated
Fisheries Management Plan (IFMP). Please contact Pauline Ridings for a copy of
the IFMP.
2. This fishery is managed on an individual quota of 16,000 lb/licence with
dockside validation. Fishers must hail in to D&D Pacific Fisheries Ltd (1-800-
775-5505) 24 hrs prior to fishing and within 24 hrs of terminating fishing in
an area. All landings must be validated.
3. D&D Pacific Fisheries and/or the on-grounds co-ordinators will direct the
North and Central Coast fleets.
