Fishery Notice

On Saturday June 28, 2014 that the Tidal Waters Sport Fishing licenses and 
salmon stamps will not be available for purchase online. This is due to planned 
and essential server maintenance and upgrades between the hours of 5:00am to 
5:00pm Pacific Standard Time.

Anglers are encouraged to plan ahead and purchase your license and/or salmon 
conservation stamp online in advance via any computer connected to the 
internet. 

Please visit www.pac.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/sportfish or use Google search key 
words "Recfish Licence". Once you register, you will also be able to renew your 
licenses every year, and replace a lost licence. Client support is available 
toll-free at 1-877-535-7307 or at fishing-peche@dfo-mpo.g.ca weekdays between 8 
am to 4 pm Pacific Standard Time.  

Tidal Water Sports Fishing Licences may also be purchased through participating 
Independent Access Providers (IAP's). A current list of IAP's and their 
locations can be found at 
http://www.pac.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/fm-gp/rec/licence-permis/IAP-FAI-eng.pdf. 

It is recommended that you confirm the availability of licences and the 
business hours of Independent Access Providers.
